Employee engagement talk: "Office culture - Corporate culture and Communication skills as meeting with clients"

On the morning of August 23^rd 2017, at the Guest House for The honored, Service Company to Foreign Missions (FOSCO) held an employee engagement talk namely “Office culture - Corporate culture and Communication skills as meeting with clients” with Lecturer Thái Trí Dũng, PhD in Business Administration Psychology, who is teaching at University of Economics HCMC.
Attending the talk were Mr. Ngô Anh Tuấn - Secretary of FOSCO Party’s Committee and Chairman of FOSCO Board of Members; Mr. Nguyễn Tương Minh - General Director; Executive Member of FOSCO Board of Members; Deputy General Directors; Controller; Heads of different departments & units under FOSCO and all of FOSCO staff.
The talk took place in a lively and active atmosphere. To begin with, Mr. Thái Trí Dũng PhD emphasized the necessary to establish Corporate culture as well as the standards for communications at workplace, which include behavior sets, communication skills as meeting with clients, etc... Beside the key contents under the theme, the lecturer also shared with the audience his tips to be successful in communications, followed by many funny and realistic examples, which brought along interesting and useful discussions.
The talk helped raise the awareness of role of Corporate culture among FOSCO Leaders and staff, thus its benefits; it also provided plenty of experiences and tips for the audience to later apply in real life and at work.
