FOSCO Leaders joined the Delegation of the Committee for Foreign Non-Governmental Organization Affairs

As assigned by the Central and Local Authorities, Service Company to Foreign Missions (FOSCO) collaborated with and joined in the Delegation of the Committee for Foreign Non-Governmental Organization Affairs to pay a visit and work with Leaders of People’s Committee in different Southern provinces and cities.
On behalf of FOSCO Leaders, Mr. Hồ Trọng Trí, Member of FOSCO Party’s Committee and Deputy General Director was leading the company representatives that joined the delegation.
The meeting agenda focused on checking the implement of regulations on managing and mobilizing supports from Foreign NGOs in Vietnam; following were discussions and guidance on how to improve the efficiency in managing, mobilizing and using supports from Foreign NGOs. As for the Foreign NGOs, the delegation examined their implement of regulations on operations; following were discussions and guidance on how to conform to the rules.
FOSCO joined this delegation according to the role that it was assigned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs under Decision numbered 897/QĐ-BNG dated April 14th 2015, with the missions to give guidance, manage Vietnamese employees working for consular offices, international organisations, NGOs in 20 Southern provinces/cities from Bình Thuận to Cà Mau, as well as foreign representative offices and foreign individuals in HCMC as stated in Decision numbered 740/QĐ-UBND dated February 14th 2015 by HCMC People’s Committee.
