On May 13th 2016, leaders of FOSCO greeted and worked with delegation of the Financial Administration Department of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Department of Public Expenditure of Ministry of Finance headed by Nguyen Lan Huong on the matters of approval and assessment of Financial Report 2015 by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
