On 06 December 2019, at Service Department of Diplomatic Corps’ headquarter – Ministry of Foreign Affairs, “Briefing meeting between 3 competent agencies authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to recruit and manage Vietnamese labours working for foreign organizations and individuals” has been successfully carried out.
Attending the meeting were 3 agencies: Service Department of Diplomatic Corps, Service Company to Foreign Missions (FOSCO) and Service Centre for Danang Foreign Affairs (SCEDFA). This six-month regular meeting focuses on reviewing the 5-year-term implementation of Decree 75/2014/NĐ-CP dated 28/7/2014 by the Government regarding the recruitment and management of Vietnamese labours working for foreign organizations and individuals. At the meeting, delegates also contributed valuable feedbacks to improve and update Decree 75/2014/NĐ-CP for the better.
Representing FOSCO was Mr. Nguyen Tuong Minh, FOSCO’s General Director who attended and co-held the meeting. Aside from the 3 hosting agencies, attending the meeting were Mr. Pham Viet Anh – Chief Inspector of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and delegates from the Department of Security for Foreign Affairs – Ministry of Public Security, Department of Foreign Affairs – Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Department of Employment – Ministry of Labour, War invalids and Social Affairs.
Concluding the briefing, Mr. Nguyen Trac Ba – Head of Service Department of Diplomatic Corps appointed agencies to coordinate with the Department of Security for Foreign Affairs in reviewing the applicable subjects in the amendment of this Decree, considering the possibility of modifying or replacing Decree 75/2014/NĐ-CP by the Government and appointed Service Centre for Danang Foreign Affairs (SCEDFA) to organize the 5-year term review Conference for provinces in the Center region.
