On April 11th, 2016 morning, the contract ceremony of establishing joint-venture company of the International Square Hotel project was taken place at Son Kim Land Corporation_No. 55 Nguyen Dinh chieu Str., Ward 6, Dist.3.
The representative leaders of 03 parties included Mr. Nguyen Tuong Minh – General Director of FOSCO, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Tuan – Chairman of Son Kim Land Corporation, Mr. Nguyen Van Len – Chairman of Sato Investment Limited Company were signed the contract of cooperative investment together.

Charter Capital:
– FOSCO contributes 40% charter capital of Project Company.
– SATO contributes 30% charter capital of Project Company.
– SON Kim contributes 30 % charter capital of Project Company.
