FOSCO has organized a delegation led by Mr. Ho Trong Tri, Deputy General Director to visit and work with Binh Duong Foreign Affairs Department in the implementation of Decision No. 897 / QD-BNG dated 04.14.2015 of Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the authorization for FOSCO to perform the tasks of the authorized Organization that is in charge of recruiting and managing Vietnamese laborers working for foreign organizations and individuals in Ho Chi Minh City and southern provinces , towns that are defined at Term a, b, c and Clause 2, Article 2 of Decree 75/2014 / ND-CP dated 28/7/2014 of the Government.
Mr. Ho Trong Tri also shared with the Department of Foreign Affairs of Binh Duong some information on the task of recruiting and managing Vietnamese employees working at foreign NGOs and international organizations in Binh Duong province; legal documents related to management. In addition, FOSCO also announced plans to hold a briefing conference on the recruitment and management of Vietnamese workers for foreign organizations and individuals in accordance with Decree 75 and invite the Department’s Board of Directors to appoint attendees for the conference which is scheduled to be held in September 2018.
At the reception, Mr. Tran Huu Phuoc, Deputy Director of Binh Duong Foreign Affairs Department, spoke openly about the actual situation in the management of Vietnamese laborers working for NGOs that are operating in the province. The Deputy Director also affirmed to continue working closely with FOSCO in the management of Vietnamese labor in accordance with the Regulation signed on May 12, 2016 between the two agencies.
