On the morning April 1st, 2016, District 9’s Party Committee, People’s Committee and VietnamFatherland Front Committee ceremonially organized the ceremony of State’s noble awards.
On this occasion, Mr. Ngo Anh Tuan – Chairman of Board of Members of FOSCO – Former Vice Chairman of People’s Committee of District 9 was gotten State President’s award, 3rd Labor Medal, according to Decision No.322/QĐ-CTN on February 18th, 2016 in excellent work achievements from 2010 to 2015 that contributed to the career of building Socialism and defensing Nation.
