Introduction

The Service Company to Foreign Missions (FOSCO) is authorized by Vietnam’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and assigned by People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City to do the tasks of recruitment guidance, management of Vietnamese employees working at diplomatic missions, international organizations, non-governmental organizations in 20 Southern provinces and cities from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau, as well as those at representative offices of foreign companies and foreign individuals in the Ho Chi Minh City.

With experience many years in depth, FOSCO commits itself to the highest quality of service so as to bring about practical effects to the operation and business of organizations and enterprises.

• Recommending and supplying labor of different professions.
• Giving advice to employees on labor law and employment.
• Paying salary, collecting & forwarding insurance, personal income tax, completing formalities for Vietnamese employees working for foreign organizations to claim related benefits.
• Declaring & finalizing expatriates’ personal income tax.
• Applying for work permits for foreigners, representative office’s licence, passport, visa, etc.
