FOSCO International School opens new school year 2018-2019

On the morning of August 13, 2018,  FOSCO International School ( FIS) starts its new school year 2018-2019. Students arrived in brand new uniform, and were greeted by colorful selection of activities and games. Children were thrilled to try out new games, test their balancing skills on the ‘Monkey Bridge, try to assemble and control the robots.
 Mr. Luong Thanh Dien – Member of  FOSCO Board of Members attended the  event and Ms. Ha Thi Le Khanh, Principal, gave a short speech to the students. Mr. Darren Paine introduced the staff and teachers, while reminding all students to do their very best this year. Then the teachers performed 3 short skits with the theme of anti-bullying, reminding students to be kind to each other. Children really enjoyed the performances and learned that they should ‘be a buddy, not a bully’. The event closed with some amazing skills from our guest performer, who span, balanced and twisted to the enthrallment of all the children and adults too. Then it was off to the classrooms to make a start to a year full of fun and learning.
