Celebrating the 67th anniversary of diplomatic relationship between china and Vietnam

Consul General of China to HCMC welcomed FOSCO General Director at the event.

On the evening of the 16^th of January 2017, FOSCO General Director Nguyen Tuong Minh came to attend the celebration of  67 years in diplomatic relationship between China and Vietnam (January 18, 1950 - January 18, 2017) hosted by the Consulate General of China to Hochiminh City.
Consul General of China to Hochiminh City Tran Duc Hai emphasized that: China has been Vietnam’s number 1 trade partner for 12 years successively, the trade bilaterals in 2016 continued to grow strongly, Vietnam has become the biggest trade partner of China among ASEAN countries. Chinese tourists coming into Vietnam in 2016 reached 2,697,000 visits, accounting for more than 1/5 of all foreign tourists coming into Vietnam. China continued to be the biggest source of tourists for Vietnamese tourism. Besides, cultural exchange activities and platforms between the 2 countries China and Vietnam have enhanced the friendship between 2 peoples China and Vietnam, making them closer than ever.
Acting Director of HCMC Department of Foreign Affairs Lê Quang Long stated in his speech: HCMC at the present has good partnerships with 07 Chinese Provinces including Guangdong, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Shenyang, Guangxi, Shandong.  On the comprehensive strategic partnership-cooperationship between Vietnam and China, HCMC always focus on enhancing activities to exchange and collaborate with Chinese Provinces. China is now the 14^th among the top nation-states who have had investment in HCMC. Accumulating up to December 2016, China has had 185 on-going investment projects in HCMC accounting for $330 million of capital, total bilateral exports and imports between HCMC and China reached $11,72 billion.  
 Consul General of China to Hochiminh City Tran Duc Hai extended his good will to enhance even further the friendship-partnership between China and Vietnam in the future, bringing it to a new height.
