FOSCO Delegation paid tribute to the Russian Ambassador to Turkey

In the after noon of the 20th of December 2016, at the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in HCMC, Deputy General Director Hồ Trọng Trí paid tribute to Comrade Andrey G. Karlov – the Russian Ambassador to Turkey who was assasinated on the 19th of December with flowers and signed the condolences book.
FOSCO Deputy General Director wrote:
“As soon as we heard about the sad news, that the Russian Ambassador to Turkey passed away on the 19th of December, on behalf of FOSCO Board of Members and Board of General Directors, and its employees, I would like to convey the deepest condolences to the Consulate General of Russian Federation to HCMC and through the Consulate General to the family and the Ministry of Forreign Affairs of Russia.”
