FOSCO Leadership joins the Delegation from Ho Chi Minh City in official visit to Portugal and the Netherlands

At the invitation of the Ho Chi Minh City Investment and Trade Promotion Center (ITPC), a delegation from FOSCO lead by Mdm. Le Thi Hong Hau - Secretary of FOSCO Party Committee, Chairwoman of the FOSCO Board of Members has joined the delegation of Ho Chi Minh City lead by Mr. Duong Anh Duc - Deputy Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee in the official visit to Portugal and the Netherlands from the 25th of July to the 4th of August.
In this visit to the Netherlands and Portugal, FOSCO participated in the “Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh City Festival” in the city of Porto; gather experience in the preservation and renovation of architectural landmarks to apply to the buildings and villas under the management of FOSCO; seek opportunities for further cooperation in education; learn of alternative models for tourism promotion (a function being petitioned to be added by the HCMC People’s Committee to the operation permit of FOSCO)
The representatives of FOSCO also provided commentaries at the Economic Cooperation Forum between Ho Chi Minh City and the city of Porto - Portugal. Through this experience, the FOSCO delegation received much attention from the Portuguese business community, opening up new directions in services business development for organizations from Portugal and the Netherlands to conduct investment and other cooperative ventures in the future.
The visit came to a fruitful and successful end. The purpose of this journey is in line with FOSCO’s mission, carried out in accordance to the regulations concerning the organizations of outgoing delegation. Through this visit, FOSCO has been acknowledged by the leaders of the HCMC People’s Committee as an agency with drive and spirit of self-education, an eagerness for exchange of experience with more advance nations to the purpose of expanding the service provision market, garnering much attention from our international partners.
