Introduction

The Internal Audit Department is assigned the task of advising the Management Board in areas concerning the establishment, implementation and compliance of internal regulations, procedure and policies in accordance with official rules and regulations as well as the Company’s operating guidelines with the purpose of preventing, detecting and addressing risks from FOSCO’s business operation. Concurrently, the Department also carry out the task of formulating internal auditing procedures, creating the guidelines and standards of internal auditing, developing plans of monitoring and facilitiating the process of internal auditing, eveluating the compliance and reporting regime related to internal audit processes in accordance to stated requirements.
