The 122nd Green Sunday Campaign

7am last Sunday July 16th 2017, at Rạch Miễu Pier, number 1 Trường Sa, Phú Nhuận District, HCMC, FOSCO Youth Union and others in HCMC in collaboration with Phú Nhuận Youth Union started off the 122nd Green Sunday Campaign.
With the slogan “Volunteer soldiers protect the environment, responding to climate change”, FOSCO Youth Union and others  have participated in realistic activities such as clearing the sewer manholes; cleaning the bridge abutment of Trần Khánh Dư bridge; sorting the waste at its source; proceeding the project “Transforming garbage dumps into flower gardens”; and most specially offering 300 trees to the residents in the hope that the Youth Unions can contribute more to beautifying the city named after our beloved  Uncle Ho, making it Greener – Cleaner – Prettier.
