FOSCO Real Estate Services Established, Heads appointed

On October 2^nd 2017 at its Headquarters 124 Nguyễn Đình Chiểu, W6, D3, Service Company to Foreign Missions (FOSCO) organized a ceremony to hand out  the Decision to establish FOSCO Real Estate Services (FRES), effective from  October 1^st 2017. The new enterprise is formed by combining two smaller units under FOSCO previously: the enterprise of Real Estate Services and the enterprise of Office Services. This is one of the results from actualizing the company’s strategies, production-business-investment-development plans for the period of 2016 - 2017. Ms. Võ Thị Cẩm Tú, former Director of Office Services was appointed to hold the position of the new Head of FRES; Mr. Mai Văn Thạnh, former Deputy Director of the old enterprise of Real Estate Services is now the new Deputy Head; Mr. Vương Thế Hạnh, former Deputy Director of Office Services is now Deputy Head. Mr. Lê Mai, former Director of the old enterprise of Real Estate Services becomes the Deputy Head of Office. The term of their posts is five years and effective from October 1^st  2017.
Mr. Ngô Anh Tuấn, Secretary of  FOSCO Party’s Committee and Chairman of FOSCO Board of Members, together with Mr. Nguyễn Tương Minh, FOSCO General Director congratulated the new Heads with flowers and gave them the Personnel Decisions.
Giving a speech at the meeting, Mr. Ngô Anh Tuấn expressed the hope that the new Heads will be at their best, contributing to make FOSCO accomplish all targeted goals.
On behalf of the new Heads, Ms. Võ Thị Cẩm Tú promised to continue doing her best, commit to the new order, unite the new Leader team and hope that the new unit will receive a lot of support from the Company Leaders as well as other units under FOSCO in order to fulfill all assigned tasks.
