FOSCO Leaders extended congratulations to Professors and Teachers at HCMC Open University on the occasion of the national Teachers’ Day anniversary November 20.

On Teachers’ Day November 20, FOSCO came to extend congratulations and give flowers to Professors and Teachers of HCMC Open University.
FOSCO delegation lead by Mr. Nguyen Tuong Minh _General Director solemnly offered flower bouquets with the best compliments to Professors and Teachers of HCMC Open University.
