The Signing Ceremony marking the cooperation agreement between Service Company To Foreign Missions (FOSCO) and Ho Chi Minh City Open University

On November 17th 2016 at Ho Chi Minh City Open University, FOSCO and Ho Chi Minh City Open University signed a cooperation agreement which aims to enhance the effective operations of both parties.
 Present at the ceremony were many honored delegates from FOSCO, including Mr. Ngo Anh Tuan_Secretary of FOSCO Party’s Committee, Chairman of Board of Members; Mr. Nguyen Tuong Minh_General Director and representatives from some departments of FOSCO. From Ho Chi Minh City Open University, there were Mr. Vu Huu Duc_Associate Professor-Doctor and Vice Principal; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan_Master and Vice Principal and representative heads of some faculties.
 This agreement is the first step for both sides to form a foundation in co-organizing some programs like vocational counseling programs, career orientations and guiding skills for students; creating internship opportunities, job observations and actual jobs for students of Ho Chi Minh City Open University based on the recruitment needs from foreign missions, international organizations, non-governmental organizations, foreign representative offices and enterprises. At the same time, the cooperation expands well the other way since the school can provide advanced training programs for FOSCO current staff.
 Both parties showed great happiness and eagerness to start the cooperation. They exchanged openly and frankly their specific interests so as to help develop the right programs that can prepare undergradute students to meet the recruitment needs of foreign missions organizations, international organizations, non-governmental organizations and foreign economic organizations in Ho Chi Minh City as well as in many provinces in the South of Vietnam.
