Consul General of Cuba to HCMC Bernabe Garcia Valido’s farewell visit to FOSCO

On the morning of September 15^th 2017, Chairman of FOSCO Board of Members Ngô Anh Tuấn and FOSCO General Director Nguyễn Tương Minh, together with Heads of different units under FOSCO, welcomed Mr. Bernabe Garcia Valido - Consul General of Cuba to HCMC and Spouse who came to say farewell at the end of his term of mission.
At the meeting, the Consul General expressed his genuine appreciations to FOSCO Leaders and Staff who have been giving tremendous supports to the Consulate General over the period of his term in HCMC. The Consul General shared heartfelt experiences and emotional stories about the relationship between Cuba and Vietnam which has been nurtured and developed despite many changes in the world. It shows the loyalty and determination in keeping the viewpoint, the relationship between the 2 Governments, 2 Nations, respecting the revolutionary course of each other. Personally, during his 4 years working in Vietnam, the Consul General always tried his best to enrich the loyal friendship between Vietnam and Cuba. He thanked FOSCO for giving him supports so that he could accomplish the mission given.
Chairman of FOSCO Board of Member Ngô Anh Tuấn expressed sincere congratulations to Mr. Bernabe Garcia Valido for fulfilling all duties within his term in Vietnam. He promissed that FOSCO will continue providing good services and giving wholehearted supports to Consulate General of Cuba to HCMC. He emphasized that: FOSCO’s first and foremost mission is to provide services to Consular Missions in HCMC including houses for rent as offices or residences to Consuls General, qualified employees and schooling to children of Consular Officials.
The meeting was concluded with the amicable gift&flowers exchange between Chairman of FOSCO Board of Members Ngô Anh Tuấn, FOSCO General Director Nguyễn Tương Minh and the Consul General & Spouse.
