Two pm on March 23rd at FOSCO Headquarter – 124 Nguyen Dinh Chieu street, Ward 6, District 3, the Executive Committee of HCM Communist Youth Union of FOSCO organized the Seventh Congress (Term 2017-2019).

On the morning of  Dec 10, 2016 , at Ton Duc Thang Museum, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of  FOSCO organised a ceremony for the grown-up Communist Youth Union members and the new members in Year 2016 on the occasion of the 72nd anniversary of Vietnam People's Army  (Dec 22, 1944 – Dec 22, 2016 ).

On September 10 and 11, 2016, the company Youth Union jointly organized a festive event on the occasion of celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival namely “Moonlight Shining Bright – Shining Love In My Hometown 2016” for less fortunate children in Phung Hiep-Hau Giang.

After working positively, enthusiastically and effectively in Youth’s Month 2016, “Summarizing the activities in Youth’s Month and giving scholarships to poor and smart pupils at Central Office for South Vietnam” meeting was hosted by HCMC Youth Communist Union of Businesses with the attendance of FOSCO Youth Communist Union. On FOSCO Party Committee, Mr. Ngo Anh Tuan – Secretary of FOSCO Party Committee - Chairman of Board of Members of FOSCO and Mr. Mai Toan Danh – Deputy Secretary of FOSCO Party Committee attended the meeting.
