Representatives of FOSCO Company leaders pay tribute to the former President of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (now the Russian Federation) Mr. Mikhail Sergeevich Gorbachev

In the afternoon of the 5th of September 2022, at the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Hồ Chí Minh City, Deputy General Director Ho Trong Tri paid tribute to the former President of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (now the Russian Federation), Mr. Mikhail Sergeevich Gorbachev on August 30th, 2022 with flowers and signed the condolences book.
FOSCO Deputy General Director wrote:
“We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics’s first President, Mr. Mikhail Sergeevich Gorbachev on August 30th 2022. On behalf of the Board of Directors and all staff members of Service Company To Foreign Missions (FOSCO), we would like to offer our deepest condolences to the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Ho Chi Minh City, and through you to his family, the Government as well as the Russian citizen. Hopefully, the Government and people of Russia will soon get over this loss.”
At the Condolences book opening ceremony, Mr. Valentin Laptev – Vice Consul of Consulate General of the Russian Federation expressed his gratitude to the FOSCO’s Leaders representative – Mr. Ho Trong Tri who came to offer condolences to the Consulate General and the Russian people.
