However, FIS is no longer the only International School in Ho Chi Minh City as it was in its early years. An increasing number of Bilingual International Schools flourish with different types of competition. In order to be able to maintain and develop sustainably in the present time, the school must constantly improve its quality of education, facilities and refresh its customer service.

In addition, FIS may also refer to a number of other special offers or have a new customer care policy accordingly depending on the school’s ability.

FIS’s Admissions Office has always guided by the quote of the orator Brian Tricy: "Your company's most valuable asset is how it is known to its customers." As a result, the promotion, after-sales service, customer service quality improvement and customer care of the school operating for many years have achieved some certain effects and will go further if receiving positive feedbacks from parents and members of the school.

If you are willing to work hard on it, you can quickly improve the quality of every part of your work.
