FOSCO Leaders welcomes New PRC Consul General

On the evening of August 16, 2018, Mr. Luong Thanh Dien- Member of FOSCO Board of Members, on behalf of FOSCO Board of Directors attended the reception at The Reverie Saigon Hotel (Times Square) and congratulated New Consul General of the People's Republic of China (PRC) Wu Tuan for his tenure in Ho Chi Minh City.
Mr. Tran Phuoc Anh who is the Deputy Director of Foreign Affairs Department in Ho Chi Minh City represented the City's leaders and spoke at the event.
