FOSCO extends condolences to victims of the Kemerovo mall fire

On the morning of March 28^th 2018, FOSCO visited the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Ho Chi Minh City to convey heartfelt condolences and offer flowers to the victims of the mall fire at "Zimnjaja vishnja", Kemerovo, central Siberia on March 25^th 2018 (local time) which killed more than 60 people. Receiving FOSCO delegation was Mr. Consul General Alexey Vladimirovich Popov who showed deep appreciation to FOSCO’s action. On behalf of FOSCO Leaders and employees, Deputy General Director Hồ Trọng Trí expressed the most sincere consolation the Consulate General of the Russian Federation and through the Consulate to the Government, the Families of the victims and to the Russian people for their losses. FOSCO hopes that the Government, Families of the victims, and the Russian people will soon overcome this unfortunate event.
