Annual meeting of the 3 Organizations concerning Recruitment and Management of the Vietnamese employees working for Foreign Organisations under Decree numbered 75/2014/NĐ-CP dated July 28th 2014 of the Government

Following the 2018 agenda, on December 10^th 2018, Service Department for Diplomatic Corps - Ministry of Foreign Affairs hosted the annual meeting for 3 Organisations (SDDC, SCEDFA and FOSCO) to review the 2018 work on recruiting and managing the Vietnamese employees working for Foreign Organisations/Individuals under Decree numbered 75/2014/NĐ-CP dated July 28^th 2014 by the Government at its headquarter, Number 10 Lê Phụng Hiểu Street, Hanoi.
The Board of Chairmen include:
Mr. Nguyễn Trắc Bá - Director General of Service Department for Diplomatic Corps - Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SDDC);
Mr. Nguyễn Tương Minh - General Director of Service Company to Foreign Missions (FOSCO);
Mr. Trần Hồng Đức - Director of Service Center of Danang Foreign Affairs (SCEDFA).
Attending the meeting were: Mr. Phạm Việt Chiến - Deputy Director General of Department of Foreign Affairs of Provinces; Officers from Department of Security for Foreign Affairs - Ministry of Public Security; Leaders and Staff of SDDC, FOSCO and SCEDFA.
In the meeting, there were many discussions on the collaborations, the current situations, the advantages and disadvantages for the Organisations who were assigned/authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to execute Decree numbered 75/2014/NĐ-CP dated July 28^th 2014 by the Government and Circular numbered 16/2015/TT-BLĐTBXH dated April 22^nd 2015 by Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs, regulating details as to apply the Labour Code on recruiting and managing the Vietnamese employees working for Foreign Organisations/Individuals in Vietnam.
At the meeting, the three organisations discussed and came to agreements on their goals and missions for 2019 concerning the recruitment and management of the Vietnamese people working for Foreign Organisations/Individuals under Decree numbered 75/2014/NĐ-CP dated July 28^th 2014 by the Government.
