Functions and Missions

FOSCO does the tasks of recruitment guidance, management of Vietnamese employees working at diplomatic missions, international organizations, non-governmental organizations in 20 Southern provinces and cities from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau, as well as those at representative offices of foreign companies and foreign individuals in the Ho Chi Minh City.

Providing various types of services relating to Vietnamese employees working at foreign organizations, domestic and foreign companies operating in Vietnam: labor subleasing, salary calculation, social insurance declaration, health insurance, unemployment insurance, personal income tax, procedures for granting work permits, temporary residence card  for foreign workers in accordance with procedures promulgated by companies.

FOSCO protects legitimate rights and interests of Vietnamese employees working at foreign organizations.
